The first reason why the industrial humidifier does not produce fog is that the humidifier is not cleaned and maintained regularly, and a large amount of scale has formed on the atomizer immersed in water for a long time, so the atomizer cannot operate normally, resulting in less fog or no fog.

Maintenance method: use pure water, turn it off and change the water once a day, and thoroughly clean it once a week. If it is a humidifier using ordinary tap water, it needs to be cleaned regularly, and the water tank, atomizer and water tank should be cleaned with special cleaning agent.

The second reason why the industrial humidifier does not produce fog is to check whether the fan works normally and whether there is air coming out when the humidifier does not produce fog. If the fan does not operate, it is necessary to check whether the electrical components, power supply are normal and the fan is damaged.

Maintenance method: replace the power supply or fan.

We should pay attention to the humidity control when using the humidifier. According to the experiment, when the humidity is 40% RH - 60% RH, people feel the most suitable and healthy. Therefore, it is better to select a humidifier with automatic constant humidity function. Only when the indoor humidity is lower than the standard range, the machine will start humidification. If the indoor humidity is higher than the standard range, the fog will be reduced until humidification is stopped. If a humidifier without automatic constant humidity function is used, it is better to put a hygrometer indoors to know the air humidity at any time and adjust the working condition of the humidifier according to the humidity.

Should the humidity drop below the ideal level more than one or two percent, the fibers will be brittle and break. The breakage creates irregularities and also tends to make all other cotton textiles made from those strands weaker and of inferior quality.
